The shuttle that's available for your use as transportation to get dropped off down to the stripget( return) is wonderful. No bother with traffic, finding free parking or having to pay for parking.

I find the staff very rude. Rooms are not cleaned well. Bathtub floor was not cleaned floor black stains. There’s bed bugs I was itching the whole time I was in the room and in bed. The chair in the room is nasty and stained. When I checked in the lights next to the bed was unplugged and so was the phone. I told the front desk they said they’ll take care of it. They never came to see what’s wrong. I figured it out next day and plugged everything myself. Terrible experience!!

If you enjoy 420 this is not the hotel for you. I’ve been going here for over 20 years. This was my hotel. I was on the casino floor smoking 420. I had finished. Security comes up to me and asks if I was smoking I said yes he said it wasn’t permitted. I said OK. I asked him where I could in the hotel And if it was because it didn’t look like a cigarette. He was walking away and he turned around and he threatened me with not being able to come back to the hotel asked for my room number. I wasn’t rude. I was willing to comply with any regulations they have . I stayed at the Rio for the Super Bowl and Security said it was fine to smoke at the casino as long as I wasn’t making a big deal about it. I assumed it would be the same thing here my bad but if I’m asking you, if where I can go outside the property to do it and it wouldn’t bother or go against regulations. And you threaten me. unacceptable I will not be returning.

Like that it's off the Strip and not in the middle of the hustle. Lkke the quieter atmosphere. Has great dining options and very convenient to the monorail to get where we wanted to go
