This was such a cute property. We received check in instructions day before and was very easy to get in. Finding the guesthouse was a bit difficult but we asked someone in the bakery next door and they were able to direct us. It’s right next door to a convenience store. The guesthouse itself is huge and has everything you need. You do take stairs to get to your room but not a big deal and we found parking on the street. Would definitely stay here again as the location is also perfect and near all the club spots in downtown Reykjavik. Would definitely come here again

My husband stated this was the best hotel he’s ever stayed it! Views are spectacular, breakfast every morning was amazing, bed was very comfortable, shower was great, and the storage was plentiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only issue is it was hard to find the entrance on a Sunday evening since the hotel is just the top floor of an office building and the sign is very small. We called and the staff greeted us in the parking lot to help us. Great experience, would highly recommend!

L’hôtel est bien situé, mais les chambres sont minuscules. La nôtre était dans un demi sous-sol à un prix exorbitant. Si je retournais, j’irais sûrement ailleurs.

The room did not resemble the pictures at all. It was low ceilings, dark and a cellar level. The room did not have 2 queen beds but included a sofa bed which was not advertised. The bathroom smelled so bad from the sewer. We were unable to use the bathroom or sleep.

Staff was wonderful. Very helpful and accommodating. This is an awesome location being just a block from the main shopping and dining area and only 2 blocks from a tour bus stop. Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful space and kitchenette included which was helpful to store food and snacks on the trip. Take advantage of scooters to get around the city and to and from the hotel.

Great location, decent breakfast and large rooms.
