Well to be honest our room was dirty. There was hot Cheetos crumbs all at the trash can and empty clear cups on the floor. I took pictures. The sheets were dirty as well. The cleaning people need to do a better job. And it smelled like cigarettes really bad! The picture won’t let me load. Figured.

We are an elderly couple and were put in furthest room possible. Long walk. Food court was very crowded and noisy, so we grabbed something to eat and thought we would go outside and enjoy the nice evening. They have a nice grass area. No seating. Tables in pool area did not allow outside food?? It's their food court, just around the corner. We would have bought a cocktail to go with dinner. Room was clean and a good deal, but sheets were scratchie and there happen to be an adjoining door to the room next door which made it sound like the screaming kids next door were in our room until very early A.M. Elevator areas were not clean.

Staff picks and chooses who they allow to have speakers or outside drinks in pool area. Used to be better when you would be able to take your own food and drinks. Drinks and food are way over priced.

First Room was extremely dirty. Not vacuumed or wiped down crumbs, chunks of food on floor and bed at first arrival bathtub was extremeley grimey stained black. Was moved to a second room across the hall was a little better but still not the cleanest.

Everyone was really nice. The housekeeping and all workers were great. I feel the place needs to fix a lot. My bathtub was hard to screw the drain cover on. Water was leaking from the faucet. Rooms weren't very clean. Marks all over the windows, mirror, needed to be vacuumed better.

Horrible noisy and dirty avi is old and smells lots of old folks everything was shut down ac did not work only use cash positive part was valet parking was amazing Austin and the all the white dude sorry forgot your names but thank you for helping the security at the pool needs to calm down he was a moment he was holding the the fork cannot bring any floating inside the pool shame on you security man 9/11/24 @ 4 pm shame on you¿¿¿
