The rooms were good size and clean. All the employees are friendly and helpful. The blackjack dealers are fun too! The pool area is great and the beach right there too!

I reserved the luxury two bedroom queen room, the one that I saw in the picture. The room they gave me was a complete opposite and dirty shower very slippery as well as dirty. The phone to call the front office was extremely dirty and gross. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXTREMELY POOR!!! as if we the customer were bothering them to ask question. Front office literally said to me that they do not have the rules that are posted online everything is dark. The lighting is very poor. I could not wait to leave and I left early.

Nice clean room, pet friendly if you have a service dog. Good variety of food options. Nice movie theater. Pool is probably the best in Laughlin. Elevator is very slow when hotel is crowded. Sports bar is small but a decent place to watch the game. Also, had a DJ Great beach area to lay out. Overall, nice clean hotel and if you golf, the golf course is great. Will definitely stay there in the future.

Check in was easy, front desk people were friendly, room however was dirty, bathtub looked like it wasnt cleaned, room wasnt vacuumed, roach was crawling on the curtains, it was pretty nasty overall, I bought some cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom myself and wiped everything down, I did call front dest to ask for more towels and let them know.

It was an older hotel but was clean. We had problems staying connected to wifi and they gave us coupons for free coffee in the casino because there aren't any in any of the rooms. Mattresses could stand to be replaced be not horrible. The pool and hot tub areas were nice. It wasn't a bad place but I didn't realize how far it was from the Laughlin strip 15 to 20 miles.

Our room was actually filthy! Not vacuumed, bathroom had hair in shower/tub and on floor. Toilet was dirty, with pubic hair! When we checked in, lady was rather snotty due to us booking 3rd party. Drove 2 days to get here BTW! Pools were filthy with oils, lotions and who knows what else..kids can wear diapers in pool! Terrible. Was mid leading.. said adult pool. False! Said River view,False! This place is nasty! They let ANYONE (public)pay $10 and they come on the property to swim in pools and the beach, Aweful, had no idea! Would not recommend to anyone! Weather you go through 3rd party or not. AND you can come (the public) and light off fireworks! Saturday night they did this until1am. Trying to sleep?. not here. I’m so glad I brought Lysol, disinfectant spray and cleaned up. ALSO the restaurant was closed Mon,tue,&wed!! WTH? Not 1 cabana was being used outside. Someone said they rent for$250 a day!
