The rooms were large and clean. No coffee maker and we never saw maid service for the three days we were there. Had to go find someone to get more shampoo. Their restaurant was closed,so we had to go into Bullhead city to get something to eat.

Luxury does not always mean Luxury….
We rented a luxury room…. Yeah right. We could not find one ice machine that worked in the entire place. We were told to go to the convenience (not close) or to buy some at the gift shop. Also the people in the Buffett and most on the floor workers were very kind. Panda Express was still open for 30+ minutes but there refused to make my husband any food. We signed up for players cards my friend if we got $5 players cash he said “no sorry the desert is dry”. The pool was cool although we did not swim.

A little outdated. Stayed 2 nights on the first floor. Was very quiet and seemingly nobody was in the room above which is always nice. The room was clean except the carpet was filthy. One spot looked like a sh*t stain. Beds were kinda hard but we slept ok. The bathroom sink filled with water REAL fast and was super slow to drain. We were already all unpacked when we realized this and didn’t want to change rooms, so we just dealt with it. I did let them know it needed to be fixed upon checkout. There were plenty of towels and the shower was good. We walked around the property to check it out. The pool area was quite big with several pools and looked pretty nice and kept up. There’s a beach area right on the river. Of course no one was there being mid December, but I would bet it’s packed in summertime. Overall was a pleasant experience. I’ve stayed in much nicer and I’ve stayed in way worse. We needed to be in Needles on Saturday and this was only about 20 mins away, so it was super convenient and the price couldn’t be beat. And no resort fees! No issues other than the gross carpet and the slow sink. Would stay here again.

It was a fantastic cheap stay. A great value for the price. They use the price to get you in the door and give them money for gambling and eating, etc. The foodcourt didn’t look fantastic so a five minute drive into Arizona got us a great dinner before we checked in to the hotel. I felt very safe and the rooms are recently renovated! Impeccable room for such a low price. Would stay again. Would recommend if you’re okay staying in a casino. Expedia said the room had a Mountain View and in reality the view was of a concrete wall. However, I can’t complain when the room was so nice.
