We had a beautiful suite with a gorgeous view! The room it self was very nice but the shower could have/ should have been clean better. There was hair in the drain and bits of old soap on the floor. Other than that it was very nice. There was a private helicopter that landed right in front of our hotel that woke us up early in n the morning but I don’t believe that the hotel had any control over that.

The property can use some upgrades. The carpet for the rooms are ugly. It can be upgraded with some nice color. the rooms and restrooms are okay. disappointed in the noise, the carpet in the hallways. staff was very nice and helpful.

The rooms are fine, the only thing I don't like is the color of the rooms, it's very dark, and the lady in charge of karaoke is very racist, she never plays songs in Spanish for people who wanted to sing in Spanish, only old songs and in English, that's not good, we all have rights because we pay to be there.

The Prime Rib room was a joke. Slow service, cold food. Manager gave us back payment for one meal. Adult pool is very nice with a great bartender. What will keep us from ever returning is the smoke in the casino. Invest in some better ventilation. It literally made me sick.

The stay was amazing, rooms were clean and comfy. The air conditioning wasn’t getting as cold as I would’ve liked, I set it to 66 and it didn’t quite feel like it was getting under 70 but no big deal there, other than that the room was great. The casino itself was very clean and very pleasant, the waitresses, front desk and king of clubs desk staff were very helpful and had great customer service! The only negative encounter I had was with a bartender in the west tower snack bar area during the morning time. The gentleman was very rude and unprofessional when we presented a coupon for a small free drink and was the same way with my parents who presented the same coupon, not to mention this was also the day of my birthday so was definitely a bit annoying. The Hotel/Casino as a whole was a great experience and I am definitely going to be making more stays in the future! Thank you.
