The security staff were very rude and very hateful towards my friend who is transgender they mad her leave because she didn't have her ID when she came back to let them she had her ID three security guard tackled her. So disappointing

Our room had dead ants all over the counter and shower. The shower had dirt and black spot all in the tub there was no fitted sheet on the bed and the connected room door were open when we went in and the water was on.
