Pictures on site were not the same as what the room was. The room was disgusting had stains on the rugs. The ceiling head marks the bed was old. The furnishings were old asked to get changed since it was my birthday. Took three times for someone to address the matter to get a room change.

I like the pool and jacuzzi. The casino is nice . The room needs updating. The tile on the floor in the bathroom is old and not very appealing to walk on barefoot. The carpet in the room was also not very nice.

The casino pay outs for higher bets is extremely low in comparison to casinos in Washington State. Betting on the slots at $5.00 a pull with a bonus round of free spins should net wins in the mid hundreds, not under a $100.00 in total.

Horrible experience!!!
I don’t ever give bad reviews as I also am in the hospitality business but this was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. After working for 12 hours I got to the hotel to find that many renovations were being done, which is understandable however, the closest elevator was down so had to walk to the far end of the hotel just to get up to my floor. Then had to walk back through the hall to get to my room that was in the middle. When I got to my room finally, the key card didn’t work. So I went all the way back to the lobby and asked for new cards. Went all the way back up to find the cards AGAIN not working. So I went down to the lobby a second time. They called security to go up w me to use their key card that guess what?? Yep…don’t work. This is a 20 minute ordeal already! Then had to wait another 10 min for someone else to come up and try to charge the key pad and yep…you guessed it…it didn’t charge. So again had to wait another 20 min for them to try to open the door with basically a coat hanger. Still didn’t work. Waited another 10 min for someone else to come try and another 10 min of waiting for them to finally get the door open. At this point it was now 4am and I just wanted to go to sleep! I won’t EVER stay here again!!!

The toilet bowl ran so it kept us up all nigh The switch for the air conditioning heating control would not stay adhered to the wall the fan would not shut off we were freezing all night I would like a refund
