The rooms air conditioner was not working when we fisrt went to our room. we called the front dest twice they finally sent maintenaince man upwho came in the room radio on the person on the other end of the phone sounded like the front desk lady who i had called said I was grumpy and complaining about the air which I heard them speaking together on the radio .I thought how incredibly unproffesional im hearing them talking about me out loud in our room!!!

Unique, the snack place selection was awful. Deli sandwiches and only a couple other options. When we arrived they had no king beds available, even though that is what we reserved! Only 2 of everything, towels Coffee packets, the coffee maker and hair dryer didn't work. The GFI outlet in the bathroom kept popping off. I reported it so we wouldn't start a fire !

i was not happy about any of my stay

I wasnt told there would be a charge 75.00 a night for the dog or I wouldnt have brought him ..they only told me when i checked in and nowhere for him to go potty close by. Also they have a weird way to plug the toilet and it trapped my finger and cut it open it still hurts a very ridiculous way to stop up the bath tub ..plus i was told 2 different prices from from 2 different people

Needs updating, but staff helpful

We are here crossing family, the hotel itself is very tired, dull and in need of updating /refurbishment. Air con was not good in the room and bathroom very dingy. Staff were very helpful. Pool was very small.
