Upon arrival we had a horrible time checking in as they messed up our reservation. Even though we called The Golden Nugget personally on 3 separate occasions, they still managed to mess up our reservation and our initial lady did absolutely nothing to take care of it and said it was our fault. We asked to speak with a manager whom was even more unprofessional and continued to blame the problem on us and even lied and said that we never called, which we did 3 times. They said there was nothing they could do and they refused to help us. Upon bringing our stuff in, they absolutely refused to give us any assistance with a bell hop and stated that was only for the important and rich people, not people like us. As we continued taking our 4 trips to bring up our luggage, they kept laughing at us and snickering at us and that ultimately pissed us off completely! My husband went to the front desk and completely chewed them out for the complete unprofessional behavior and we asked to speak with the general manager of the entire hotel, Jared! Thankfully the general manager lit fire up the desk managers butt and he finally got us half the rooms we asked for, connected, but not the courtyard patio Terrance and ADU that we payed for. Additionally the drama from staff continued as they placed us in rooms that were across from construction which started at 6:00am in the morning which woke up our entire family! We don’t recommend the Golden Nugget!
