This was the second time I’ve stayed at the Golden Nugget. The staff is exceptional. The rooms are clean and neat and I like the smaller atmosphere of the casino. The only complaint I would have is that there is no food available after eight or nine at night they do have a small café. Called bean and bread that is in the back corner of the casino they serve sandwiches, ice cream, potato chips, etc. they need to move that out of the casino where it’s accessible by kids and younger people as most of what they serve their caters to that age

The room was horrible, The bathroom looked old and need upgrades forsure. The AC stopped working and it was miserable. Thank god I work for an HVAC company I was able to reset the unit for a bit then it shut down again. I had let the staff know when I checked out about the AC and she was a very rude lady and looked at me like I had no clue what I was talking about. I shook my head and told her she need better customer service and put a smile on her face. The casino part of it was nice and chill and gamble. Also, I was in the west wing and walking to the elevator it smelt pretty bad. I would not stay here again.

Everything is falling apart. Saltgrass is still great. Everything else was motel 6 quality. Don't let the waterfalls fool you. This is a "less than" property. Won't be staying there again.
