Property was crowded We stayed in the north tower and 3 out 6 elevators were broke for an entire day. There was a 20 min wait, minimum, in a line to get on the elevator to get your room/floor. Around the same to get down the elevator also. No stair access seen Our air conditioning was not working correctly. And seem very warm in our room. Once the front staff was aware there seemed to be no importance to get anyone to fix. Upon our departure i tried discussing the issues with front desk staff and were talked over, interrupted and told that it was a busy weekend. As paying guests in a popular hotel chain there should of been more importance to our issues. This has been one of the worst hotel stays. And our family will not be staying here in the future.

The elevators don’t work long lines. Advertised a luxury room the only thing updated was shower and new carpet. Beds are uncomfortable and only 1 pillow. Dust on lamps. Pool was cloudy. They allow people to walk around barefoot. The only positive was the beach

Over the stay was ok. The room was clean but, the air conditioner did not work properly. Maintenance did come to fix it did get cool for a while and went back to I guess normal. Not very much pressure using it. Had my daughter grab a fan from home before she left to come to the hotel. Also if you find a small black remote give me a call, bellman may have dropped on the way to the room.

I find it shameful that they charged me for some resort fees when I had paid the full amount on Expedia and according to them it was for using the pool which by the way was very very dirty and for two bottles of water that no one asked for. I will definitely not go back
