I rent an updated room, and received a non updated, no mirrors, no soap, bed just the mattress no bedroom set, was hair in the shower. I rented the room for family. Room number 30738. Terrible

Had our daughter’s wedding here and had a great time! Beds were comfy - some of the rooms were out dated but didnt care cause we had a blast! Who spends time in the room anyways? It was clean and no weird smell so that’s a win! Way better than Don Laughlin hotel!! They had terrible service and horrible beds - o and the In person gaming was so fun at Harrahs! Dealers were amazing! For sure going back!

The Harrah’s hotel was terrible as for the deluxe king advertise to pay for $10-15 increase. The room didn’t even have coffe maker or microwave and didn’t even have power outlets at the desk or any power outlets or usb charging on both night stands. I’m a Disabled veteran of 24 yrs serving my country. I have sleep apnea machine but could no use it because there was no power outlets near the nightstands. I could use my laptop because there was no extra power outlets available because they were used for the click and light. This was a reburbushed room to have the best upgrades with it but it had nothing of a modern room Should had in 2024. There own staff agreed with me as that there is no way there is no outlets at the night stands or at the desk with a chair. I was better to go to the older properties on the Laughlin strip that were even cheaper for half the cost. What I paid was a rip off I ask for my money to be return and compensated for my great inconvenience with my visiting family friend from Japan who was very disappointed.
