They did get us in right away when we arrived early. The whole place smells like smoke, like alot. The air handlers must not work at all. They do not have ice machines. You have to go down to the desk to get a tiny bag of ice, one a day per room. There is no ice bucket to put the tiny bit of ice. Got alot of attitude from the front desk and bartenders. It took the tub 12 hours to completely drain. Food choices not great. We left to eat. Pool was not working. The staff in Dotty's seemed nicer than the other casino. We will not be staying again.

Welcome to Little Mexico!

The pool was not operational. Our room was extremely outdated with no hair dryer or coffee pot, let alone $10 water bottles. 6 channels on tv that was 30+ years old & no ice machines (either buy a bag in the gift shop or a complementary bag from front desk enough to fill 1 standard room sized ice bucket. Since there was no pool, beach access was nice except for all the Mexicans with their canopies, chairs, ice chests, 6’ tables, speakers blaring Mexican music, all li ed up in a row along the beach line.
