Room was clean but nothing there. Old tube tv, no hair dryer, microwave, coffee pot, or refrigerator like all the other hotels we have ever stayed in. Staff very nice and helpful.

First room the AC didn't work properly so maybe check them before giving room out. Also heavy cigarette smoke smell and tbh there is no reason why all rooms don't have a microwave and fridge. But I will say the staff was awesome in accommodating me a different room with working AC with fridge and microwave.

Check in was miserable. Took over half hour and then wouldn’t let me check in without my wife who wouldn’t be there for 2 more hours. Then when she arrived, line was over 45 minutes. The only two counter reps were at wits end and being very snappy..

I requested handicapped room didnt get it at first. I had to ask for help to get my grandmother off the toilet and then i was moved to another room with handicapped rails. The sink was plugged up and toilet was leaking. It was fixed. The room had no refrigerator, the tv was a old tv that didnt have many channels. The room telephone did not work. Had to walk down to front desk to order towels to room. I would not recommend this hotel to no one especially elderly people. They have no valet parking.

We didn't have breakfast, but the coffee was good. It was my Boyfriend's first time in Laughlin and it was awesome!
