The check-in went well, very easy to deal with the front desk, no issues for my wife who was arriving late... The room however... Ugh! No coffee maker nor fridge, a 25 inch tube TV (no HD), no iron/board, no safe... very basic room/bathroom. But, it was clean. Despite putting a DND sign on the door, they still entered while we were inside in bed. On the other hand, the food is available 24 hours, along with snacks and drinks. You just need to go to each bar area and know what they have at each one (we do), to order food. Chicken and fries, $6.50 @ Dotty's. Any other casino down here (and in Vegas) would be $15-$20. Overall the rooms are basic (there was a desk, table, mirror, & 3 chairs as well, but 2 full beds) with no extra amenities. But the food prices more than make up for any amenities that we couldn't get issued standard.

The pool was closed and there was nothing stating that when I booked. My kids were really bummed as they were looking forward to it on this vacation. The pillows were horrible. Super lumpy, hard, and small. Chairs in room were really dirty. Bathtub would not drain and you had to take a shower standing in dirty water. Curtains would not open all the way to have our nice view of the river that we paid extra for. And the room reaked of cigarettes. Will never be staying at this hotel again.

The hotel doesn't serve breakfast, and the five restaurants they claim to have only serve bar food, most of them at the slot machines (no tables). The room was clean, but the towels were soiled, the toilet didn't flush well and the sink plugged up.

Check in was smooth and the staff in every area was very nice. My main complaint is the bathroom. The floor and the bathtub had hair on it. The bathtub was not cleaned and had a slimy brownish ring around it. It was really gross.

Nasty ass hotel room

Dirty, room smelt like sewage chairs were stained and broken decor was from 1970's looked room and bathroom hadnt been cleaned since 1970. Doors didnr lock push open without keycard. Moved room within 1st hour. Ice mqchine didnt work on any floors had to biy ice bags and 1 ziploc back of ice per room per day from front desk smoking casino staff was very helpful and nice. Hotel room sucked. Never staying laughlin river lodge again.

Limited place to eat. A actual restaurant or 2 would be nice. Only food is pre-made and microwaved. Not real meals. You actually have to leave property for a real restaurant for decent food. Which is EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT! As location not walkable to other casinos that actually have returants you have physically drive to get food. Its called a resort? Noway shape or form is it a resort. No resort amenities. Majorty of rooms are VERY OUTDATED AND JUST NASTY! This place has a Major electrical problems. Was freezing whole time on casino floors. I was informed by a employee that it was kept COLD To keep the slot machines from overheating? In August

We enjoy this property but no refrigerator, microwave or TV. The little TV has one station, if you’re lucky. Friendly and nice staff. Great margaritas. We will go back. They have made some improvements since last time.
