I really like that I can park in front of the hotel room. I didn't have to wander around lost in a huge casino. Negative is the air filters in the casino aren't wonderful. The dining options are limited. Overall, the place is clean and comfortable. I would stay again.

I saw several maintenance problems in the casino. The ladies room was closed for repair, the filthy carpet was held together with duct tape, and there were buckets with caution cones in the bar. Our room was clean, but we had to contct the front desk twice because there were no towels in the room.

I have been told when you book a budget room through sites like Hotels.com they tend to give you the worst rooms. I fear that this is the case. Stained furniture, although there was only one item, there was room for more furniture but the room lacked anything but stained carpet besides. Even the door lock didn’t work properly. Spartan doesn’t begin to describe the squalor. I booked here because my usual hotel in Laughlin didn’t have any discounts. I was enticed by a Hotels.com rating of slightly lower than my usual venue. Whoever gave this dive a 7.8 rating was a shill or a liar. The casino was carpeted with more duct tape than carpet. The only redeeming factor was the friendliness of the staff. Gamble here stay elsewhere

Very dirty, smelly, lots of bugs whice is to be expected on the river! Double charged for the room! They call it the new pioneer, but it's the old pioneer with some new paint and even that is old! I will not be staying there again!
