Well first off I requested a room on the bottom floor and I confirmed this room also the day before and they said your all set for a bottom floor room. Nope was upstairs. 2nd, a puddle of water was under phone, I cleaned it. There was an eye lash in bathtub, I cleaned. Floor was filthy also. Dont dare walk bare foot. Was not happy with room over all.

The cocktail service was very disappointing. There is only 1 or 2 cocktail waitresses for the entire casino. I was at the same machine for 40 minutes and they never came once. I have noticed this through out the past 2 years and my 5 different trips that I booked at the pioneer and the cocktail service is not good at all.

Apparently the housekeeper is paranoid. At this property you have to go outside to smoke, I walk around while I smoke, the housekeeper reports people as stalkers if you happen to be in her vicinity while you smoke, I was shocked when security came to my room and told me about it. Very disheartening. She should be relieved of her duties.
