I was staying there for 2 nights due to work in the area. The job needed an extra day to complete. When I asked for an extra night at the desk, the lovely Desiree gave me a complimentary room for only fees and taxes. I've stayed at all the hotels in the area, and this was the first time a room was provided at no cost. GREAT SERVICE.

The dresser door handle was loose, the toilet leaks unless you giggle the handle after using it. There was food crumbs behind the middle drawer between the beds.

Check in was good. The room had stained carpet black coming out of the tap when we first turned it on TV didn’t work so they moved us to another room which was the same TV still didn’t work. They said they’re gonna send somebody up and no one came The bell. Boys were really great concierge or valet parking was fine furniture extremely old. Everything dented scratched hallways were gross. The place is just old.

I didnt like having to go through the parking elevator and the casino elevator to get to my room. Room has no fridge so I needed ice. Ice machine was missing dispenser catch basin so ice overflow would land on floor causing a slipping hazzard. A warning sign was posted but it should have been fixed immediately rather than risk an injury.
