Has to be the best stay I’ve had in all the trips I’ve taken to Laughlin. The hotel was always clean, maintained, safe, friendly etc etc. this is now my favorite hotel of all in the area and I don’t know why I never tried the Tropicana before but from now on it’s my place to stay!!

The first night they put me on the ninth floor, and an upgraded room that looked like it hadn’t been upgraded in 30 or 40 years. Plus, there was an entire community college there drinking and partying all night. But next night after a long day at the river, came home to use the upgraded bathtub, and the ceiling had collapsed. They put us in another room and offered to take $16 off. I was furious so they gave me two nights out of the three comped. They gave me a refrigerator for my food, and the refrigerator was broke, and the next refrigerator too by the time I got my third refrigerator all our food was bad. To make matters worse when they turned in my bed, they took my only pair of gym shorts. Overall, it was the worst hotel in my life. We’ll see if they make things right, but I doubt it.

A lot of rift raft. You have to upgrade the room to get a fridge. Water pressure is amazing and I like the food court selection. One of the jacuzzis did not get hot the other maybe to much chlorine it irritated my skin and the smell of chlorine was strong.
