The room was not cleaned properly. There was dried syrup on the tv stand. The toilet had not been cleaned and the tub did not drain.

Stayed 3 nights, room overall was well-kept. Ice machine didnt work the whole time we were there, we were there for a soccer tournament and would have been nice to have access to ice for my kids water bottle. Went down to the pool around 11am so my kids could get in the pool, but the water was cold! Called front desk and (rude lady) told me was tht the pool only gets warmed up to 76 degrees-mind this the water was no where close to 76 degrees. Never once did she offer to send someone over to check if the heater was on. My kids just said lets go back to the room they were bummed out!

We stayed over Valentine's Day weekend 2026. The positives were that the room was clean, we had a nice river view from our window, and the bed was decently comfortable. The unfortunate part of the stay was the lack of hot water when taking a shower. Other guests had the same problem so it wasn't just us. If you need a place tobstay overnight this hotel works. But i wouldn't make it an extended stay.

I booked a two day stay but only stayed one day because I didn’t have any hot water. I guess there’s some type of plumbing problem because the sink would not drain either in the bathroom.
