I received an email indicating that I could check in at the kiosk; however, it was not functional. Multiple people attempted to use it without success, forcing us to wait in line instead. It’s disappointing that when entering the barcode, the system prompt for a passport not an ID. This issue needs urgent attention; if guests are informed that they can check in at a kiosk to avoid long lines, it should work as intended. Additionally, the rooms are outdated, featuring a small TV, and lacking a microwave or refrigerator. The ice machine on the floor is also non-operational. And they have 8 elevators and only 3 works.

This was the second week I stayed at this hotel, lately the room bath room sink was clogged both rooms had the same clogged drain problem. Housekeeping should report this to engineering to get it repaired.

View from the room was perfect I could see my truck and trailer and the river, everything about the stay was super easy and smooth except for my tv remote not having batteries that was the only issue I had overall 4.8/5

Stayed for the week to visit family. Never saw housekeeping by day 3 I put the trash outside the room and it stayed there the rest of the stay. Shower head clogged from rust and deposits. Smoke alarm falling off the wall chairs are ripped up bed sheets have holes. Staff is rude at the restaurants got told two times they where doing a shift change and to come back in 15 to 20 minutes. When we where able to catch a meal food is retirement/ hospital quality at best. The Tropicana is a motel with a extra cost. The resort fees are for the pool and parking. I will never go back.
