First time visiting on Labor day, what excitement. Not 1 room was empty, and the staff was so excellent, not 1 unhappy soul. Katelynn at the front desk was a doll & very helpful, but the whole staff was wonderful & my room was very comfortable & very clean, cant wait for our next visit.

We only had 2 clean towels in the room even though I clearly stated I had 4 guests. Also, the room was not cleaned throughout my entire stay. Also, on day 3’we had no hot water. And on day 3, we had to wait in a long line because the elevators were full. I will never go back.
