Great Location, Room & Service

From the moment we checked in the staff were friendly and attentive. Whilst the hotel is a little dated, the rooms are well-equipped and imaculayely clean. The cost of parking is reasonable and the hotel is located in a great position. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

PURELY AN OVERNIGHT STAY ON THIS OCCASION

This was quite simply an overnight stay to catch an early morning flight. Staff personal presentation & service was very good. Large clean, comfortable room with newly renovated bathroom. Room could be improved with lighter colour tones. Good location in the CBD.

Over rated is how I would describe this hotel. Rude waitress in the restaurant is what put us off the whole experience. Nice, quiet and clean hotel, with welcoming reception staff. Rooms big and spacious, but our bathroom needed to be repaired. I will not recommend this hotel unless you needed to stay right in the city of Launceston.

Property needs some serious updating. Old tatty carpet in the hallways are a trip hazard. Room reserved for 3 people but with cups and glasses provided for 2. Room service sporadic and an additional surcharge per “tray”delivered.

Enjoyable stay

Bed very comfy and the pillows were so lovely , I always take my own but choose to use the ones supplied and had the best night sleep . Lovely staff . Buffet breakfast wasn’t the largest I’ve had but fresh and enjoyable only fault no mini danish muffins ect that are always on breakfast buffets .overall would highly recommend and definitely be staying here again .
