Reception staff very polite & willing to help & at least the linen was clean. Room itself was really quite grubby including 3 lots of graffiti on bathroom wall - not a good look. As far as a cheap & cheerful goes, it was OK.

This place is falsely advertised, we will not be staying again! The security was lacking, to sign in I didnt have to show id or my booking number, i just had to say my name and they have me a key. Nothing was explained as to where amenities were. Took us a few minutes each time to enter our room because the locks were shoddy and the key provided didnt want to work in the door and the pool door was even harder to unlock. The rooms were mouldy and dirty especially the shower/bathroom. The lack of heating made us go to bed freezing even our small children were complaining it was cold. There was 1 small panel heater downstairs to heat a 2 story 2 bedroom place with the bedrooms upstairs. We killed a couple of spiders and a cockroach in our room (we only stayed 1 night thankfully). The "heated" pool was not heated. The spa was green/slimy. No dining/food options available at the property like it advertised. All kitchen amenities provided in the room were not clean. If you stay here, BYO hair dryer.

Stay was good for price. Beds were a bit soft. Tv was a bit small. Heater was ok - warmed the room just enough but had to be on high all the time. Bathroom was small, but had good water pressure in shower. Walls were a bit thin and could hear other rooms quite easily.

The photos are not what the property looks like, broken front door, dirty and dusty the TV is so small, 5 people and only 3 towels, no restuarant or breakfast like suggests, there were arguments between the people besides us, seen 2 rooms with dogs in them, my child end up with bites that looked like flea bites dont recommended this place at all should be closed down

Was very out dated and I would never say again and was very disappointed no spa only on weekends and that’s false advertisement and in my views think that it is a crack village not a family Village sliding door did not lock properly my kids were scared to stay and we didn’t want to lose their money so we stayed unit stunk. Knife was burned with a lighter were dirty. Pots were stained the most saddest places I have ever said.

The shower was awesome accessing the place was easy They only changed our towels once over 7 days emptied our rubbish 4 times never changed our bedding the 2 pillows were paper thin as was the mattress it was like a board When we went to leave we had to move the bed to look for something and there was mould all behind the curtain
