Exceptional. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful with views of the famous waterfall! The staff was incredible, hard working, kind, accommodating and I can just keep going on and on. Excellent breakfast! The hotel restaurant food was great. Great location close to the funicular and train station! We hope to stay here again!

I don’t usually leave reviews but this place was amazing! Beyond the spectacular location the staff was extremely helpful and kind, the rooms were clean and cozy. The hotel is so convenient next to the train station, bus stop for the valley, and the gondola. Breakfast was a delight. Overall it was an amazing time.

Beautiful 3-star hotel just cross the street from the train station. The room is clean with large patio and gorgeous mountain view. Breakfast buffet has a lot of choices and the freshest homemade bread. We also dined there for dinner, had rosti with mushroom sauce, cordon bleu, and dessert hazelnut cake, all was very delicious.

It was excellent. Room was fantastic and great views of the valley and waterfall. Opposite the train station and next to the cable car, all very convenient. Nice restaurant with traditional dishes. Will come back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Great food and service. Breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit. The seltzer water was incredible and free. Also coffee options for free was great!

We had a valley view room which made the room. Sitting on the patio with those views made us love the property. Rooms are redone, but other parts of the hotel are quite dated. The morning breakfast was very good. It is a bit far from the Main Street which is good and bad. Good as it was much more peaceful but bad if you don’t like walking. Overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others .
