The pillows/bed was great. Best I have slept in a hotel in quite sometime. I may request room 327 here every time I come up to Andover for work.

Booked and paid for king room - told none avail upon arrival. proceeded to double room - walked in to an occupied room. After third attempt at front desk we were provided with a queen for the price of a king. Next day a $18 USD charge on our credit card. AVOID THIS PROPERTY.

I really enjoyed my stay. The place was very clean the room was comfy the bathroom seemed new and the showerhead speeds were a surprise bonus. Also breakfast was very good. I would recommend this place. Anytime I’m in town I will stay there..
