The Hotel rooms are outdated, lamps didn't work unless you messed with the cord or plug. The hotel needs to take the money I lost in the casino and use it to upgrade!

Fist room bathroom nasty, red stains on floor toilet not clean hair in the tub, asked housekeeping who was in the hall if he could do something and he acted like i irritated him by that. Went to front desk to have room changed everyone acted as if i inconvenienced them! Will never return here

I always have loved the convenience of having the hotel next to the casino. However, we would disappointed to learn that the casino no longer offers live poker, which is the main reason why we came. I definitely enjoyed the cost of the hotel rooms. We ended up traveling to Cincinnati to the hard rock casino both days. Unfortunately, as much as I like Hollywood casino we will not be returning only because they do not offer live poker. Also, the website still promotes live poker and tournaments. This needs to be removed. The customer service and the hotel was excellent.

Not Great but Not Bad
I was hesitant at first to book here because I read a couple of negative ratings. I’m glad I booked! This is a decent place to stay…I will admit it wasn’t great but it was not terrible. Yes, the carpet has stains, there is a slightly musty odor and the rooms could use periodic deep cleaning. However…the location, surrounding amenities and the overall atmosphere was pleasant! I suggest management consider implementing a periodic deep cleaning for the rooms and elevators to eliminate the slightly unpleasant odors. The Final Cut Steakhouse was excellent!! A bit pricey but worth it.

Beautiful hotel and casino. But they don't do any promotions or free drinks! If you have a large truck or r v , go towards the bus lane , go around the building and park in the first parking lot to the right after you pass the building. We were on the phone for 20 minutes.Trying to figure out where to park the signs are not clear
