I booked the room late in the evening for the same evening, while stopping for gas on an 10 hour drive. Whether there was fine print or not in the booking BEFORE I booked the room stating that check-in ends at 11 p.m., I don't know, but I got in a few minutes after midnight and couldn't access my room or check-in. Calling the phone number multiple times was ineffective. I ended up having to drive around town looking for another room. I then reached out through the Hotels.com website to request reimbursement as it wasn't clear during booking that the check-in times were limited (is that really still a thing in this day and age at a hotel?) and haven't gotten a response to my messages.

The bedding was horrible. Me and my husband had a shower and when we got in bed we started itching bad. We couldn't stand it and left. When we went to the desk to check out, we complained and the clerk didn't seem to care. We drove through the night to home. Never again will we stay at a quality inn!

Fabulous!!!!
