I like that the property is located near shops- especially Kroger (Supermarket). I also liked the ‘free’ breakfast which was reasonable - a ‘C’ level grade. My room was ‘ok’. It was cleaned but did have an interesting moldy smell. The bed sheets were itchy as well. All in all- I would stay here again. The price is fair and location is excellent.

There was an incident where I requested a room change due to the condition of the room. The person on duty, Tonya accommodated and switched my room. I thought nothing of it until in a conversation with my brother (another guest at the hotel) she told him I was a pain in the A-S-S. I was shocked! She later apologized and said she was only kidding. While I accepted her apology, I told her that if any of my employees had made a comment like that to customers they would no longer be working for me. I later found out she is a MANAGER. I hope someone has a talk with her on customer service expectations. Also one day there was no hot water.

Returned important package
One bad situation was the hotel returned a package stating that I wasn’t staying there the same day it arrived instead of holding it. This was horrible because I never received my package it made my opinion of the staff bad. Why not just hold it for 2/3 days then return it?

Very nice hotel. Great hot breakfast However, being a pet lover, but don't like necessarily staying & the possibilities of them getting on the furniture, beds,,floors & than me walked or using it afterwards. There should at least be a weight &/or size limits. Beware This is a pet friendly hotel, as most are anyway. Hard to find one that's not "Pet Friendly "

I love it! Jonay from night shift I believe h the says her name with the glasses. She gave me a water and fruit bars. Thank you. Zach morning shift was awesome as well. He looks like common the actress/ r&b overall thebstay was nice !! The breakfast OMG the grits was so good biscuits and gravy are crazy!!! The food was HOT !! I love it. I am staying tonight again. I would like to work here too! lol
