When i arrived, the front had lots of trash around the trash can and on the ground, Parking is $10.00 a night i wasn't aware of.. so i paid for parking.. my card was charge twice i ask the front desk guy about it. He told me that he was going to pass it along to the manager,.. So the next day we was stuck inside of the elevator along with three other guests, for some time when the elevator was able to open it went up to the 12th floor i believe so i had to walk back down to my floor to get back to my room along with the other guest not once did the front desk contact me to ask if i was okay ..my door to the room doesn't close properly you have to push up on it.. for the money i paid.. my stay was horrible want be staying again 😪

Stayed for a concert at Gas South and was pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness and cleanliness of this location. I will definitely be back for future events and will consider this chain when staying in other cities.

Great hotel !
Great hotel ! My room was clean and smelled good. I arrive late for my check in (2am) and called before arriving, once I arrived I was welcomed by a really nice and cordial young lady that made check in really simple. I also had a minor issue with billing and the two young ladies I talked too helped me and fixed my bill. I was very pleased with my stay , would definitely recommend and great costumer service. Parking is $11 per nite after 10pm and breakfast is included, it is until 9am didn’t have time to enjoy it :( .

I really loved the size of the room. It was clean for a hotel, probably the cleanest hotel I've stayed in for at least a year, and thankfully there was no mold growing anywhere alike it almost every other hotel I've been at. Beds were super comfy and there was lots of storage. The female front desk staff were very sweet and helpful. The only downside is that the room was so damp that neither the heat nor the air conditioner could dry it out and my sheets were literally wet every morning. I tried to hand wash a shirt in the sink and hang it to dry and 3 days later it was still soaking wet. Also housekeeping started banging on my door despite the do not disturb knocker, at 9:30 in the morning on the day of checkout when checkout wasn't till 11:00. I called out to them and told them that checkout was not till 11:00 and there's do not disturb marker on my door and that they should not be banging on my door, and they gave me attitude over it. They waited about 20 minutes before coming back and banging on the door again as if I suddenly was going to have evaporated. So the housekeeping staff really needs to learn to follow the rules of housekeeping and not disrupt somebody when they have a do not disturb marker on the door.

Stayed here for 4 nights and it was excellent! Nardos at front desk is really friendly and helpful and definitely made our stay even more comfortable. The rooms are super spacious and clean. Highly recommended. Only con is they started charging for parking at $10 per car per night recently so that's not great.
