Two remotes for the TV , very confusing. Heater/ air conditioner would not allow us to adjust it so had to unplug it or we would have been too cold. Bathroom m had finger nail clippings on the countertop

Upon entering the room there was an off putting odor. Walking around the room there was trash under the furniture and on the floor near the window. The curtains had grass stuck to them in different spots. The shower visually was scary. When turning on the bathroom sink bugs came out from under the rim of the counter. Noticed spots on the pillowcases and shower mat, might be time to take them out of rotation.

Nice experience but I wished the staffs would informed us ahead of time before they do a fire alarm drill. We really thought there was a fire because it happened 2x. Other than that, the staffs were friendly and helpful and the place is nice and tidy.

Our room hadn’t been cleaned to our standards at least. Ice machine on our floor was out of order. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Overall the stay was satisfactory but nothing to write home about.

The hotel was nice and looked good. However, it needed some deep cleaning in the bathroom, and I found food in the freezer portion of the mini-fridge that the maid missed. The beds were very comfortable and clean.

The property was nice when you walk into the lobby. But, once in the room the bed was lumpy and not comfortable. It was clean, a little dated but the breakfast was good. They didn't have sugar free syrup for the waffles, but still good

I was very upset when we arrived. Because they told us they had no room available. They were overbooked. We had requested two queen or king beds because my son and I were traveling together. I told him I had already confirmed my reservation. I had already paid for my reservation. I went and got the paper showing my confirmation. And finally, they got the manager. When she came, she heard my complaint and said they had a room they were cleaning that was one king but not two beds but it did have a couch. So my son had to sleep on the couch. I was very upset because they said it was overbooked and they actually only called to notify us 30 minutes before we arrived after traveling for four plus hours to get there. They said because we booked through a third-party that overbooked them. I will not book again through hotel.com. I will go directly to the hotel and book.
