Property was easily accessible and staff were really friendly. Room furnitures are scratched up, coach had a couple stain. Bathrooms shower curtain had mildew on it. Curtain definitely hadn’t been changed in a while. bathroom tubs definitely needs attention.

The front desk attendant was nice and helpful. The first floor men’s bathroom had a definite nasty smell. On average, it took 5 attempts to unlock the door, every time. The refrigerator had an open sprite in it when I arrived. The desk chair was torn. The bathroom sink had no aerator in it so if you turned on the water too much, well the water would shoot right out of the sink and spray your pants. And also, the microwave had crumbs in it when I opened it for the first time. And now housekeeping won’t come by your room unless you request them to. Well I didn’t call them and left a big pile of trash sitting right next to the tiny trash can they put in the room. Would I recommend this hotel to someone? The answer is no.

I was very disappointed in my room, the ac/heater didn't work (it was 27 degrees). The sink and shower faucets were constantly dripping. When I brought it the front desks attention maintenance came up tried to fix the dripping but couldn't. Replaced the ac unit which worked a little bit better. Later that night I tried to get the curtains closed the screen was torn as well as the curtains 😔.

While most areas were excellent, staff was exceptional, but the room conditions could surely use an upgrade. The mattresses were extremely old, flat, and uncomfortable. Also, one of the sheets had what looked like drips of blood on it and was dirty. The sofa bed was totally flat, and you could feel every spring and lump in the mattress. I checked for bedbugs and found none, so the blood stains were questionable. The front desk staff were amazing! I chose not to complain about the bedding issues and used extra blankets (brought up by front desk staff) to make the mattress feel better. Breakfast was the typical food items, but the bagels and muffins were very stale.
