I really enjoyed the area and convenient location. Cracker Barrel is my favorite restaurant so it was right across the parking lot! My room was clean and cozy and i felt very comfortable 😊

I thought I was getting a handicap accessible room . There were no grab bars for the toilet so my mom could not get off the toilet herself , there was one grab bar for the tub but it was against the wall next to the toilet where you couldn’t reach it to help with getting in the tub . Was not safe for her to get in . The rest of the facility was clean , staff friendly . I wish the cleaning people would pick up trash daily and change wash cloths instead of having to take them to desk and switch out … I know you can request it certain days of the week but doesn’t seem sanitary to carry dirty wash cloths and towels to the desk

Would not recommend, photos are deceiving.

We stayed based on the photos from the hotel. When we arrived I wanted to leave. The bathroom looked like it wasnt cleaned. The shower had so much rust i had to go to a local store to get a bottle of clorox. The floor looked like there was pee around the toilet. Only stayed a cpl days thank goodness. The last night there thecweather was thunderstorms. We spent time with family and arrived to our room leaking in every crevice. I took videos, pics and let the front desk know asap as soon as we got in our room. They indicated there were no other rooms to switch to. I called to see if they cld compensate in any way. They said i was beyond cancellation. I dont think they understood, we were already there ckd in and stayed one night. I wasnt canceling reservation i wanted compensation for our troubles not being able to sleep with all the drips and puddles in our room. Its a 3 floor hotel, we were on the 2nd floor, I didnt understand where all the leaking was from if there was a floor above ours. The front desk even said there was other complaints. I would add photos but site isnt allowing me.
