When I got to the hotel, they said it was overbooked, I didn't get my room. stayed in the lobby over night, because I need to catch up flight early in the morning.
The staff couldn't do anything to solve the problem, the boss was sleeping and didn't answer the phone for giving any solution for their problem!!
Terrible experience!!!
It's their system problem, but let me suffered all this!
Expedia just gave 25cad credit as compensation!!
