We are from Quebec with high expectations about having a clean room. We were very satisfied. Also the parking is easy to use. The AC was efficient. The window door was opening to get fresh air. The hotel personnel are very friendly. There is a 3 min.

There is an underground parking if front of the hotel. It would be helpful if the hotel had an arrangement with the parking owners to reserve spaces and discount daily parking costs.

We spent our Anniversary staying at the property and absolute loved it. Staff were friednly and helpful everytime we needed help. Also enjoyed their in-house restaurants! If you're looking for a special getaway, this is the place you would want to look for.

Unique setting

Even though I only stayed one night, the experience was amazing. Meticulous attention to detail, making my stay a very memorable one. The food is incredible, whether you choose to dine A La Carte or try one of their very well put together Degustacion menus. Great selection of wine and they take great deal of pride in presenting the local Bordeaux region, its wines and local delicacies. Highly recommended.
