The front of the building appears to have privacy glass. The rear of the building DOES NOT. So when you want to get some natural light into the poorly light room make sure you do it with clothes on. Otherwise you might end up in Jail!! The rear rooms are directly adjacent to a tennis court, so not only can they see directly into you room, but you also have the pleasure of hearing them smack the ball about why while you are trying to sleep. Don't stay here would be my advice

We had a superb room on the fourth floor - spectacular views and spotlessly clean. It needed a little revamp, though, as there was a hole in a curtain and stains on the carpet, which they had tried to cover with a small mat. There was one mirror, but this was on the back of the door. The bathroom was great, but the towel rail was situated behind and above the toilet and bidet - not the most hygienic position. The breakfast was wonderful and there was an amazing amount on offer, but it was expensive for a person with a small appetite. It’s a delightful place to stay and all the staff seemed friendly, efficient and helpful.

Nice hotel, seems well appointed but very poor bath/ shower. Bath felt so flimsy it moved under your feet as you have a shower. Not what I expected in a superior room!!

Nice hotel, but a bit far from the centre
Lovely hotel. Large room which was clean and comfortable. It’s quite a long way from the main centre, which is nice in some ways, but after a day of shopping and walking around it’s the last thing you want is a big walk!
