The staff at this hotel are absolutely fantastic. The location is excellent and the morning breakfast is more than adequate. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when visiting Rouen.

This property has an excellent location!

Cycling London to Paris. This was our first stop. No bike storage, but chained to railings in full sight of 24hr reception. Hotel was very nice, and looking at staying here again. Food was delicious, including evening buffet. Staff were very helpful, including escorting us to see the chef to discuss vegetarian buffet options (and help with language barrier). Unfortunately, we did not have a long enough stay to enjoy the hotel's facilities (pool, spa, golf, grounds, etc), but would look at staying here again.

We stayed for three nights. On our first night there was a problem with the AC so we were moved to an upgraded room for the following two nights. They were very helpful and understanding. Both rooms were lovely and the beds were very comfortable. Lovely quiet location and vibes inside the hotel. We made use of the spa too which was lovely.

Our 2 day stay was over all wonderful! The staff especially Paschal was welcoming , friendly answering our questions! I love the decor & cleanliness is top notch. Location is easy to get around- walkable to the heart of the town. The only thing is in the room- there was a not much space / drawer to put your belongings but still over all - I will easily go back & stay here when in Rouen.

Very nice

Room was spacious and clean. Hues were dark and so was the lighting in the room. No fitness center. Lift is tiny. Across street from train station. About half a mile to town center for tourism…with shops, museums and restaurants. Parking is located a block or more from the hotel.
