Check in-the guy wouldn’t pay attention to me as he was on the phone talking to a non-customer on speaker. Place is old and run down. AC wouldn’t hold constant temp. Furniture is old. No counter space in room or bathroom to put belongings. Good water pressure was nice.

Great night at the hotel. Everything was as expected. Breakfast was good and the hotel room was nice. Internet isn’t the best but it’s the mountains so what do you really expect. Overall glad with my stay

This was a pleasant surprise. We traveled with a group, all of whom stayed at a variety of lodgings in Leadville. Ours was the best. The staff was pleasant and attentive, particularly the gentleman at the front desk in the evening. The maid service and breakfast were as advertised. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. All in all, I would stay there again.

Hot tub hasn't worked since 2021, one of the reasons we stayed there. Some front desk employees dont speak english well. Checkout is 10am which is atypical. I would not recommend staying here, it wasnt horrible but not worth the price for sure!

Based on reviews we read, we were a little skeptical. However, we arrived to nice staff, clean and comfortable room with new carpets and an overall nice time. Walked through town and had a pleasant experience.

A serviceable option in Leadville. Clean, beds fine, slow check-in, bad breakfast, a little ways out of town. I don’t, but if you need accessibility, there are a couple stairs to navigate when going to any room. Not too many options in Leadville and this one is fine if you aren’t picky
