Large modern building, outside the residential and commercial areas . The staff provided options for dining , breakfast and lunch , and “welcome “ bottles of cold water . There is extensive list of restaurants to cover all tastes .

We loved our stay. Emma was kind and friendly. The facility was very welcoming and clean. I loved the rocking chairs. Perfect spot to relax and read. We enjoyed ourselves. They are dog friendly. Benny loved his stay.

This was our second stay here whilst waiting for the Dartmouth Coach the following day. The hotel is incredibly convenient for the Coach, the room was spacious, clean and stocked with amenities, the staff friendly and helpful both in the evening and the following morning. The breakfast was great too. We visited the pool with my 6 year old son early in the morning and the pool area was clean and tidy. Will definitely stay there again.

Emma, the front desk agent was extremely rude. She tried to kick a group out of the lobby simply for watching the Vermont Green game, a huge moment for all Vermonters. I was truly disappointed in this experience and likely will not be back.

There was no roll away beds or cribs available. We were told it was a fire hazard. The pool had said it was a saline pool and it appeared to be chlorine. When booking we also applied the filters “breakfast included” but had to pay. Staff was mostly friendly and helpful. The room had kids above us that jumped late into the night both nights. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool area had no towels and when asked at front desk for towels we were not handed one and told more would be brought down but never was.
