Very nice place, quiet even though it was on the highway. The room was clearly recently renovated, and clean. The soap was good and plenty clean towels. Very good a/c too and friendly staff. Very nice place.

This place was a pleasant surprise. Room was very clean and updated. Comfortable beds and bedding. It was inexpensive and indescript, but the room was really nice! 30 minutes from the Ozark Amphitheater and minutes from route 66 attractions. Thanks for a nice stay!

The room was clean and comfy (newly remodeled). The room had both a fridge and microwave, which was nice for my extended stay. It was a good place for the price. The outside stairs, upstairs breezeway and walkway could use a good power wash, as the concrete has spills and litter. It would help make it all look cleaner.

We stayed there for one night for a wedding and the room was nice and cool in the summer and was quiet when we came back from the wedding and was able to wind down. Did not hear anyone in the adjacent rooms.
