The front desk staff was super friendly. The hotel was pretty clean. The room was decent for the price. The breakfast options were not that great. The bed was decent...not great...not horrible. The exterior did not look as nice as in the photos, nor did the inside...updated photos for accuracy would be beneficial. Ultimately, the stay was ok.

Booked a non smoking room online and was given a smoking room. I avoid being around any second hand smoke for my kids at all costs. Hotel was trying to tell me that it was a 3rd party issue but as soon as I gave them my name they immediately began damage control and talking about how my room mistake was not their fault. I did not volunteer that I had originally booked a non smoking room. There was an event in town so there were no other hotels available otherwise I would have moved. If this is a known issue and I was the only one who booked 3rd party (assumed from their comments) then good customer service would dictate that you'd reach out rather than tell me I was screwed at 9pm.
