It was good. Very clean and generous staff. Property looks really nice.

I didn't like the attack of sales selling time sare. It wad a very high pressure sales method and very insulting. They drove division between my partner and I. Then got her alone by me watching the children. It made me sick and set the tone for our entire stay. Very sad.

Overall a good experience. First time in Vegas and did not disappoint

At check-in, we did not get the type of room that was booked on hotel.com. Booked a strip view room and was told at check-in there weren't any of those rooms and they put us in a room that had a view out the back. Check-in clerk was not able to answer a lot of questions we had but said he had worked there 2 1/2 years. A text was sent to Laurel (who was supposed to take care of room issues and answer questions) that we needed another pillow It was about 11:00 at night. Did not get a text back for about an hour and they said it was on it's way (some of us were asleep by then). Took about 15 or more minutes to get to our room. A person in my group rented a scooter. Less than 2 hours of having it (probably an hour of use), the battery went down to almost red. We took it back and got a different one and everyone was real nice about it and the second one was used all day and was fine. Again, I don't understand how I can book a room with a strip-view months in advance and then get told there isn't one. We were there for the Donny Osmond Show and also went to the MJ show and they both were awesome!

Hotel was great! But the $70 surprise “resort fee” when checking out was unexpected. The rooms were warm when we checked in and didn’t cool off much once the ac was turned down.

Some rooms are out of date. The shower flooded easily and paint was peeling. Beds were hard
