My partner and I enjoyed everything about our stay. From the staff, to our room to the location. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and a quick walk through about the location. Nothing that took too much time to go over. The breakfast was absolutely delicious Cathleen and the kitchen staff were absolutely amazing on ensuring that we felt welcome. I absolutely recommend this location for its beautiful lake view and easy access to the beach lake. We were not able to enjoy the lake as we wanted to because of the weather but we will be returning soon. There are plenty of dining options and we definitely enjoyed antimony brewery for food and great beer options. Also High Lawn Farm is close by and offers delicious ice cream with a live cow barn. It truly is the perfect location and minutes away from Stockbridge and Lenox. Can’t wait to return!

Staff were overbearing, literally. Wanted us to sit down and speak to us about rules and waivers to simply stay at hotel after traveling all day to get there. Room was 86 degrees and stuffy upon arrival. We booked best room in hotel and sofas were horrible. A staff member watched us sit out on their deck for an hour and pretend to be on break. Very strange and never had an experience like this. Worst hotel experience in many years after staying at hundreds of hotels, inns and B&B’s.

We had a great stay at The Lakehouse Inn. Upon arrival we were greeted with a beverage and brownies. Our room was lovely, the new gas fireplace was a bonus. And the breakfast was out of this world! Service was fantastic from everyone involved, especially our breakfast server Kathleen. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

We loved the stay so much that we looked into rates for coming back in another season! :) Very comfortable room at a super reasonable rate, so I can see why it goes for more in peak seasons! Lovely view, loved the welcome drink and wine, breakfast, and nice chat with the owner about the newly added electric fireplace in the room. Just what I was looking for

The staff was very welcoming and courteous. Once you settled in you were offered a drink to help you relax from your travels(hot cider to take off the chill).Very pleasant cozy atmosphere The room was clean and inviting, The view of the lake amazing, We have been there twice once in the fall and again in winter. What I liked about the Lakehouse Inn was its staff, who were friendly, professional, and very accommodating to my special needs. Our room was facing the lake which gave a beautiful view. Their windows were exceptional in keeping the room quiet. We had a wonderful time.
