Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late June. Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. Guests are advised to check local road conditions/closures before travel with the California Department of Transportation at www.dot.ca.gov or by calling 800-427-7623.

Awesome location. Don’t expect anything. Beds were clean electric outlets didn’t work. It’s cozy and for what it is the view can’t be beat.

Older but convenient to Yosemite with nice view. They should update their door locks since we locked our selves in by way of sliding door which was the main door. Wish they did not lock the TV volume. Also wished staff stayed all the way to 10pm for access to the kitchen. but very quaint, the quaint, clean and comfortable beds. Nicely located. And the point is not the hotel. It’s the location since you should be out seeing the parks anyway. I recommend.

Clean and nice but old and remodeled. The light switches were confusing and of course there were no usb ports for recharging electronics. Good dining just across the street. Latte Da is 1 block down the street and has GREAT coffee, ladles and cappuccino!

Nice place and convenient to good restaurant across the street and central to area attractions. Would stay there again except that the beds in our room were horribly uncomfortable. Awoke every morning with bad back ache. Not worth the pain.

I booked this last minute. I appreciated that a room was available. Parking was on a different floor than my room, but there is no elevator so I had to drag my stuff up and down the stairs. Young man at the front desk was very nice.
