There is no shuttle service to the airport and the place is pretty run down but for an emergency stop (I had arrived in Bradford unexpectedly as I had missed another flight from Spain) it was OK to stay for a night.

Great location for airport

Decent hotel conveniently located for airport. Excellent service and very good friendly staff. Provide excellent service for airport transfers and you can leave your car there at a much cheaper rate than the airport.

OKAY but not great

We searched for a hotel with parking gym and WiFi. It has all three but have to pay for all of them. 7 pounds extra for WiFi is a rip off

Rooms need abit of maintenance, specially bathrooms, very narrow doors for wheelchair users, Requested a family wheelchair accessible room for a child and our request seems to be ignored, i had to lift and carry my child around the room and inside the narrow bathroom. Maintenance needed to the bathroom extractor very dirty and without cover. The corridors are clean all around outside as well as inside. Rooms need to be cleaned, spider found under my childs bed sheet as soon as she lifted the blanket and rolled down between the bed headboard. In one of the 3 rooms, the sheets are very dirty with pet hair everywhere. Staff are all okay. I have not used the leisure facilities during my stay. However, after i made my booking , I received an email that extra charges would be applied. There is an extra charge of £5/24 hours for guests' car park to be paid separately at check-in.

Dirty and tired. Wouldn't stay again

The hotel is a bit tired now. We didn't get to use the leisure facilities as they close early on a weekend. The room was dated and dirty. Fittings were falling off the wall, the towels hadn't been changed as there was toothpaste on them from whoever used the room last. The walls were stained in places, all of the wood on the edges had all come off and the floor hadn't been hoovered.

Nice spacious hotel

Its a nice hotel entrance and the bar is good.the breakfast was wonderful. Our dinner was nice and very affordable. The room was quite clean.our single beds were clean and comfortable. Bring your own water to drink. Its not supplied in the room.The room was cold and the heater on the wall didn't seem to work.i didn't tell reception because we were hardly in the room. We had a busy 2 day holiday.we were cold waking up in the mornings.The shower was good.The standard room was a good size.

Great facilities - great stff!

Whilst the condition of this Britannia Hotel may be a it run own in places - the facilities and staff are excellent. The welcome I received on my check in (which was after 10pm) was outstanding and the gym host could not have been friendlier. The gym whilst small and a little outdated, was also a brilliant facility to have available. This service along with these facilities at this price wa amazing value!!
