Everything was great but they told us that our child wasn’t allowed in the lounge but when we went in to get drinks and sit outside with my son they was full of kids. Thought it was a dig at us for having an autistic child. He felt he did something wrong that’s why he couldn’t go in and other kids were allowed. Heartbreaking

Lovely stay
Lovely stay at the Crowne plaza Leeds. Patrice on reception is a real asset to the team she is so friendly and helped us with an issue we had with the heating. She checked on us the next morning to make sure it was all ok. She gave us a smile and a wave every time we came past she really made our stay. The breakfast was really excellent the best we have had in a while. The pool is really nice & we will be coming again.

We booked a last minute break to take our Grandson away for the night and picked this particular hotel for the pool. Facilities where great, staff was very friendly and the food in hotel restaurant was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic service !
Service was exceptional! I had a baby and needed help with sterilising his bottles and staff were so helpful and went over and beyond with everything! Room was a bit cold when we arrived but they provided us with a heater which did the trick ! Room was in an ok condition could do with a bit of a refurb ! Overall really pleasant stay as service was exceptional!

Disappointing
We had already pre paid for our stay and when my mum checked in they took her details and when we left they also charged her for the room so we were charged twice. This was refunded a few days later after I phoned the hotel but I believe these mistakes shouldn’t have been made in the first place and it was embarrassing as I had treated my mum for the trip for Christmas and then she was charged imagine if that had caused her to go into her overdraft and she incurred charges. So perhaps staff should be trained to give more attention to detail
