Not up to normal standard

I have stayed at this hotel many times without problem and always been very happy with it. This time i had problems with the shower that could not be fixed. It started on Tuesday when i ran the cold water tap which ran as hot as the hot tap for several minutes before going cold. I took a shower which ran hot for about 30 seconds before going luke warm - tepid. I could not see anyone in reception needing to go out and hoped it would be ok next day. Wednesday again the cold ran hot at first and the shower went luke warm almost at once i reported the issue and was told maintenance would look at it. Thursday the cold water was ok but still shower lost temperature almost at once. I did not report it hoping it would be fixed during that day. Friday once again the shower lost temperature soon after running and i reported it . Saturday was time to check out and the shower was still the same. I was not impressed with 5 luke warm showers.

right next to the starion and leeds centre. Very nince room for the price, my only issue was that the shower wasnt the greatest but that wasnt a major problem. I would stay here again

Excellent location opposite station and close to shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, check-in was quick and receptionist offered us a city map. The room was clean and a reasonable size.

Great location, very friendly staff. Only issues that could e improved upon is the heating, our radiators were off, yet we had to sleep without duvet as too warm in room & if you open windows it’s noisy as directly opposite station. Also breakfast had those tasteless processed packet croissants that are stodgy and tasteless.

Bit of a queue checking in, two staff behind the desk and when it was our turn the person stopped dealing with us to see to someone else. Customer service good be improved. Good location but rooms could do with a renovation

Very small room but adequate for a one night stay. Bathroom was fine with an OK shower. Close to the train station, which was the main reason we chose to stay here. Man (Andres?) on reception was pleasant and welcoming.

The location was good for train travel. Staff were very helpful.major construction on front street. my room was a very small single and it was very clean but window opened to inner court of air conditioners ( or something), so there was constant low grade.hum. perfectly adequate hotel.The woman on the desk was excellent.

Liked everything. Room was super comfortable and clean. Nice having a kettle for tea. Really close to train station..road work being done outside but didnt cause us any inconvenience. Near to buses and shopping. Would stay here again.cost reasonable.
