Good Hotel, basic facilities and in a central location. The only problem we had is we had only hot water on a baking hot day. Apart from that we had no other issues, I'd stay again.

Now my go to in Leeds. No bells and whistles but excellent service and clean room with plenty of space. Haven't tried breakfast and shower took a while to warm but only needed a comfortable bed for the night and at this price it is a no brainer

You get what you pay for... A clean, simple room with the basics. The staff is very helpful. I just wish we did not have to pay extra to store our luggage before check in, but at least we could, so a plus there. Overall, I recommend for anyone who wants something simple that will not break the bank.
