Lovely receptionist, very friendly. Very clean room, minimal but effective. Super clean shower which I very much appreciated and just clean over all. Didn't get the eebie-jeebees like at some others I've stayed at if you know you know. Super easy heat/cooling controls and a comfy enough bed.

Second time of staying here. Room was sparse, bed, toilet, sink , shower and tv but this was enough for our stay away. The room/bathroom was spotless with heating/aircon you can control. Ttr bed was very comfortable. If you need it can get an iron/hairdryer from reception. Staff friendly. Great position in town centre close to the shops and you can get a discount on a few car parks not too far away. Would definitely recommend here, for the price you pay.

Comfortable enough but a few issues!

It didn’t start well. Half an hour in reception waiting for them to acknowledge my booking. They accepted that the fault wasn’t at my end. It was their systems… but despite booking and paying a month earlier, I was still left waiting for half an hour with my bags in reception waiting for them to deign to give me a room. There room itself is comfy enough… small but comfortable, clean, good nights sleep, etc. I’d expected to be deprived of a kettle.. less so any kind of cup or glass to get a drink in the middle of the night. Not sure if that was deliberate or an oversight, but i didn’t fancy a trip to reception at 2am to find out. I ended up drinking directly from the tap, as my water bottle wouldn’t fit under it. So… okay, but not very welcoming.
