I liked the location it was very close to town 5 minute walk. The breakfast was great lots to eat. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The booking in procedure was fine except we were booked into an occupied room. We were shocked to find someone else in the room The parking is expensive and should be included in the price of the stay.

Just out of the main City Centre, walkable to the Armoury and City Centre. Clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast, if I need to go to Leeds again would certainly look at this hotel.

Expected better from a Hilton.

We had a 2 night stay here . Our room was clean and comfortable. The second day no one serviced our room. No replacement of tea coffee Milk. No clean dry towels . Bins not emptied. No replacement toilet rolls. The breakfast was very average self serve buffet with long queues waiting for replacement items . The tables were left uncleared for long periods of time. The second morning of breakfast the same scenario running out of eggs an hour before close . Seemed under staffed. The evening meal was typical pub grub. Very small menu. With below average food served cold under cooked chips. The outside seating area floor was covered in cigarette butt ends making the area look dirty and untidy . No draught beer at the bar area as run out. When we checked out we only got asked for the room cards and nothing else. Never asked if we had a nice stay or any problems. Staff need more training with better management. We have stayed in better hotels for less money. Expected more from a Hilton.

A bed for the night.

Check in was very slow. When we arrived there were five people behind the check in counter and one person being checked in. It took over 10 minutes for us to be checked in despite a small queue. The hotel looks quite dated and the rooms are a dull grey colour. Breakfast is pretty poor. The coffee is horrible. The cooked items are poor quality but at least warm. The waffle machine is good but there is no maple syrup available.
