Needs to be caveated that renovation work was taking place. On arrival the hotel smelled strongly of drains, not a great first impression. Room desperately needs updating, bed was very comfortable but room very poor in comparison to other 4 star hotel available in Leeds. No fridge, air conditioning barely worked.

Bed was very comfy, all very clean, shower was wonderful The only slight criticism is that you have to go past the gym to get to the elevators and it smelled really badly of sweat in that area

Ideal for catching the Matchday Bus to Football

Had a great, short stay in the Hilton Leeds City. It was perfect for attending the football, as the Matchday buses to the ground were right across the road. We were upgraded on arrival, and Sachin made the experience very personal as he contacted us by text message within an hour of arrival to ensure everything was good for us. Common areas very modern, would definitely recommend.

Im a bit disappointed with this hotel, the staye of the room, linens, also breakfast. Its disgusting as at least normal standard is expected from hilton. The worst thing was the rotating door was stuck on me in it trying to go out and nobody was arround to help me out. I was stuck there for good 10min and thankfully i wasn’t alone we had to use force and push the door to rotate and i got outm horrible
