Friendly, customer focused experience. Greeted with a very warm welcome, check in was effortless. Room was well equipped and comfortable. A great breakfast too, with very friendly colleagues serving, who gave great customer service. I often visit the Leeds area, and I will definitely be staying here from now on.

Not impressed on this stay I'm afraid. Both body wash and shampoo bottles in shower completely empty and no milk with the tea and coffee. Room was very small and noisy in the evening and early morning from close adjacent rooms. Lots of slamming room doors on the auto-closer. No non-alcoholic beers available at the bar, only a couple of cans of Guinness and Kopparberg. Raised room issues with reception on check out but they didn't seem interested and the feedback probably won't even be passed on. Lots of better options available for £140/night! Won't be staying there again

The Wash Basin was blocked, I advised staff and they said they would have someone check it. I returned from the Spa only to find that it was still blocked. On top of that the mattress was terrible and spri gy Which resulted in a bit so good nights sleep.

The hotel does look like what is in the pictures. No lift on tge of our arrival we have to take all our luggage’s and wheels up without lift. They only helped when I went to asked them nothing like porters.the hotel hallway stints sometimes but their breakfast is nice and delicious. The rooms are properly cleaned everyday.
