Great stay at this new hotel. The room and bathroom were immaculate. I did have a couple of issues with my room after check in but these were quickly rectified. The staff on reception were really helpful and special thanks to Jenna who went over and above to ensure I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely return to this hotel

Very nice ultra modern hotel in a newly developed area. Right beside Leeds train station and the city center. Short walk to bars, restaurants etc. Perfect for a business stay in Leeds or a tourist break.

Great stay

Modern, clean and spacious room. Stayed at the hotel two nights while visiting to attend Leeds festival. Room had a great layout and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and happy to help. We attended breakfast on both mornings in the zoom restaurant, continental buffet. Lovely food and nice atmosphere. Breakfast was an add on for £16 per person per morning, the breakfast was well worth the money for quality and options offered. Thank you Hyatt for a great stay.

Beautifully clean reception area, lounge bar and rooms. Rooms were a good size, well appointed and immaculately clean. Excellent nights sleep thanks to the comfort of the bed and the very effective air con. Staff could not have been more obliging. Concierge/security were alert and looked after the guests very well. Parking literally next door was a godsend and a well equipt Co-Op mini market was a couple of minutes walk away (if not less!). Wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again.
