Can't complain

Can't complain. Apart from not having tea/coffee making facilities it had everything we needed. Was quiet with the window closed, a 5 minute walk into the centre of Leeds. Clean, tidy, friendly staff and cheap. Found on a comparison site and for £70 for the room for 2 nights in August, could hardly be beat.

It was clean, quiet, and located near to all the place I wanted to go. The breakfast option for gluten free vegans wasn’t available. But everyone was friendly and I felt safe as a solo traveler.

It is difficult to drive to, staff un helpful, space in room too small, only suitable for people using public transport had to pay for carpark also got taxi three times to direct me to location snd carpark . Please state on your website there is no site carpark would never recommend it .

I realize alot of hotels do this where housekeeping is knocking at your door when it is check out day which they normally do only once.But I was very annoyed here because the housekeeper came knocking at 10:30 am and then again 11:50 am and when I exited the room the housekeeper was leaned up at the doorway.I answered the first time so they knew someone was inside the room,why would you come knocking again and leaned up at the doorway in a threathening manner I would say.And each time they knock 3 times even when I have answered.Like I paid my money and check out time is 12 noon.It appeared to be Russian housekeepers.I have noticed they are very rude and are always the one coming knocking on doors when it is check out day long before the check out time.I did not asked to be given a knock as an alarm.I have a phone alarm for that.I reported my issue to front desk personnel who claimed she would speak to the housekeeping manager.Other than that issue my stay was okay.

It really is Budget, no drills accommodation for those needing a city centre location. Coach station close by and a short walk into the main Leeds shopping centre areas. Good price for a one night stay, can't be beaten on the price. Basic amenities and the only negatives are the rooms are rather tired looking with old furnishings and old style TV, no hairdryer or kettle or fridge.
