We stayed for here for a concert at First Direct Arena and it was extremely convenient. Although it was clean and beds were fairly comfortable, the hotel room was very stuffy/warm and we could not control the temperature of the room. There were no washcloths available and only half a roll of toilet paper upon arrival. We had to call for more & some extra towels. The water in the shower also wasn’t very warm. They have a cooler/snack area but there was weirdly no water available so we had to go to Gregg’s to grab waters. Upon check out we asked for help calling a taxi and the front desk worker failed to tell us that they booked it as cash only. We’re not from the area and only had USD. Luckily the cab driver had a card reader otherwise I’m not sure what we would have done. It also felt like me asking for help calling a taxi was an inconvenience despite a different girl at check-in telling us they could definitely help with that. Overall the convenience of location was great but I don’t know that we’d stay here again.

The location is excellent. It's near the downtown area with easy access. There are several restaurants and pubs nearby. Very convenient. The cost-benefit is positive, and it's a stone's throw from the First Arena, where many concerts and events are held. By the way, the staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is a excellent. I recommend.
