We were blocked in the car park. Lots of young staff inexperienced a couple of the English girls were snotty and inpolite. When we called reception there was no answer def a 3 star hotel

Amazing stay had with my partner. Hotel and room was very clean with the friendly helpful staff. We took the train into Leeds for the day and with only a short 20 minute walk to the station was a perfect location. Although we didn’t have any treatments we made use of the spa each morning to start the day. A perfect getaway enjoyed, would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to just get away and relax!

Beautiful hotel but check your bills

Although breakfast was popular I didn’t find enough healthy options for myself. On 2 ocassions on our 2 night stay, bills were not updated to show wnat we had already paid for so my advice is to check every bill carefully. One was the prepaid add on dinner allowance that they offer and the other was the room payment which had been paid for at time of booking. Staff were very courteous if not fully Also a lack of vegetarian and vegan options - I was told that they did have a vegan menu but it wasn’t available. Spa facilities are better than average and spa treatments were very good. Beautiful decor and good ambience.

Great to be back. However was given a room that was the furthest away from reception. Plus a couple of niggles - the lighting in the room was poor and so difficult to see to dry my hair or put on make up. Didn't experiencing this last time we stayed.
