Lovely hotel all round from business activities through to the room (PS I did get a complimentary upgrade) and the breakfast. I’ll be prioritising this hotel when I’m back in Leeds next year.

Great location, excellent friendly helpful staff, good gym facilities and lovely bar. Rooms were a decent size and bed comfortable. Only comment would be that the bathroom sealant was black with mould, however everything else was great.

My daughter and I stayed at The Queens Hotel for one night. We had a twin room. It was well decorated, had comfy beds, a bath, a towel warmer that worked etc etc. The hotel is well located. Breakfast was ok. Would stay again.

Queens Hotel is really convenient and central. Bit tired inside these days and the rooms need a facelift - although my room pricing was at the low end so no complaints there. No wardrobe was very inconvenient- just a few coat hangers????. Fridge was just for storage- no refrigeration. Hated that and would affect my choice to rebook in the future

This hotel was in a great location being right next to the station and close to amenities but the room we were in was a little shabby. The extractor in the bathroom was very dusty and the shower was never more than tepid. We had to ask for another kettle as the one in the room was full of scale and one of the bedside lights didn't work, which the hotel replaced on the second time of asking. The bedside phone was filthy and edges and corners generally dusty. However bedding and towels were clean. A little more attention to detail is needed.

Very lovely hotel. Stylish and grand. Dinner in the restaurant was very tasty (mains were large). The room was comfortable but the bathroom was very small. All the staff were welcoming and accommodating.

The room was a little basic but for one night was pretty good. Staff were very goood, welcoming and even sent up some tea at 11.30pm on request. All in all was a good 2nd visit. Will come again.

The hotel is spectacular, beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. All staff were helpful and friendly. There is a lot of work going on currently outside so it was a little noisy outside, it wouldn’t put me off staying again.

Can’t wait to come back.
A night away for my birthday and the service from checking in to the service at the bar was amazing.the bar manager never stopped all night and serving 2/3 people at the same time which is class.
