Room was ok. Bed uncomfortable. Checkin was horrible. Long wait for them to find a room for us, then we go to room and other guests are already in it. Back to check in desk. Another long wait. Manager finally got on the phone to someone else to find an available room. Then key card doesn’t work. Cleaning staff was excellent. Asked if we wanted clean towels on day 2, and got us room keys that worked.

The staff was very friendly. Rooms nice. Breakfast was good. There was a musty smell on the 5 th floor in the halls and room. We stopped on other floors and the smell was not there.
