Excellent staff. Very Clean grounds and pool. Great bathroom and shower. Very spacious, lots of room for opening luggage. Very old couch & chair in room - literally threadbare and pilling all over. Wouldn’t even sit on it, used for opening luggage. Looked as if it was partied on a bit much. It was a huge contrast to the rest of the room. Curtains not blackout but okay. Bed comfortable. Very overpriced. Pd over $200 night. But all we could find. Probably the oldest comfort inn we’ve stayed in in decades. Difficult to understand lack of updating with nightly fees and all rooms rented nightly.

There was an intrusive and unpleasant smell in the first room we were assigned. The second room was good. Next morning we knew where the smell was coming from. The cleaning products. The odor crept In through the space under the door as the cleaning crew arrived. I put a wet towel at the bottom of the door, and that helped. A friend who visited us noted the same thing, a strong, vile smell. Other than that, the room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the micro for heating water for tea. I just wished there had been a gluten-free option at breakfast, since I have a wheat allergy.

They couldn’t find my reservation to start with, then the room they gave us had someone else’s belongings left behind. The next room they moved us to was smaller than what I had booked. The ice machine on my floor didn’t work. Beds were comfortable & otherwise an ok place, just don’t think it was a good value for what I paid.

Booked 2 rooms. 1 smelled so bad we had to get another. No internet or tv, eventually it was fixed. NO HOT WATER. We were told by the owner that it would 100 percent be fixed. Woke up to no hot water. Front desk said by 9:00 it would be fixed. By 10:30 there still wasn't even a plumber on sight. They just lied about the whole thing so we would stay. Now we can fight to get refunded. Horrible customer service. Would never return.

I liked the hot breakfast and friendly staff. I did not like that from check in thru check out my room had no hot water, so I had to take cold showers daily. I feel I should be compensated for the in convenience.

Watch your credit card after you check out. I was charged $100 for incidentals which I had none. I'm waiting to be credited. They said it could take up to 10 days. I booked this through Expedia so I wasn't too concerned when they didn't offer me a receipt.

My only complaint was that when I went to use the Computer in the Business room it wasn't working. I told the person at the front desk about it & I happened to run into the owner & shared this with him. This was on Wen 11/27/24 on Friday 11/29/24 I went to use it before I checked out. The issue had not been resolved. The issue was the computer wasn't connected. How hard would that be to fix? My point is, if you offer a convenience to your quest make sure it's working. The mgt at this hotel didn't seem to care if it was working & I had to find another means to do what I needed to do.
