The furniture in the breakfast area needs to be rearranged. Tables and chairs block the entrance to get breakfast. Also the coffee in the lobby is luke warm. They need to step up their game!

Ok stay
When entering our room the door swung half open and hit the wall. Noticed that the automatic hinge was broken in two pieces and had to pull door closed. When I mentioned it to the front desk clerk no accommodation or change of room was offered. One bed in the room had 4 pillows the other had no pillows. The extra blanket felt wet. There were outlet wiring hang out of walls and ceilings. Signs were propped up against walls and no notice sign of maintenance anywhere.

They were doing renovations and at one point i found myself blocked from leaving my corridor and was told by workers to go out a different door to walk around the outside of the door to go around the hotel to get to the front. Ridiculous !

Undergoing construction in breakfast area, so they set it up in the lobby and had us eat in a near by meeting room. With nothing but plastic between the food area and the on going construction.

Worst stay ever!
The hotel was undergoing remodeling, which was not apparent when making the reservation. The staff were rude and hardly spoke on check-in; they didn't speak on check-out! The worst aspect was that there was absolutely NO lighting in the parking lot or front of the hotel! This was a huge safety and security issue!

Room was nice but no hot water. Staff moved us on second day, so that was good. Hotel being renovated so lobby is a mess and it is difficult to get in and out of hotel. It’s also noisy if you’re on the front side of the building. Staff was very nice and breakfast was fine, typical fare for hotels of this type. I would stay again after renovations are completed, but not now, October 2024.

The hotel should be closed during renovation. No hot water in the shower. No water pressure in the shower… just a dribble. Closets had no rod to hang clothing. The breakfast was the worst I have experienced at a Hilton property. The bench seating in the eating area was uncovered Styrofoam. There was no one wiping any of the tables. The view out of our window was disgusting. We had to stay two nights due to a wedding in town. Could not have been more disappointed.

Room had just been renovated and was basic but large, clean, and inviting. The hot breakfast buffet was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. A good value and nice hotel.

One of two elevators did not work. Had to remind front desk to have housekeeping come to our room. Parking spaces for handicap we’re blocked by a high lift, no chair in the room, pool and public restrooms were closed, tables in breakfast area needed folded napkins under the leg to keep from tipping. Mattresses, old and new, refrigerators, microwaves blocking the corridors. Shower floor is 3-4” above the bathroom tile floor causing me to slip and fall getting out of the shower, air conditioner ran constantly regardless of the thermostat setting. Sidewalks outside were dirty with construction and debri. Flower beds were full of what looked like paint dropping I have stayed in 100,s of rooms all over the world. Never ever have I written a bad review. But this WAS HORRIBLE. I paid over $1000 for us for four nights and my sister in another room for 2 nights. I was embarrassed and apologetic to her and her husband as they seldom travel and I certainly didn’t want her to think we were OK with your property.
