Nice Hotel, but Extra Firm Mattress

The hotel is nice and close to I-75. The breakfast was good and very convenient. It was very quick to get on the turnpike from the hotel. The only problem was how firm the mattress in our room was. We both had difficulty sleeping and woke up in pain from the bed. We're older and overweight... So, this might not be an issue for others.

It took us 30 minutes to check in because they were saying hotels.com had not paid them for the room. They gave us 3 towels for 4 people and there was a hair by the breakfast buffet. I wouldn’t stay here again.

It appeared older than we thought. The room wasn’t the cleanest. Stains on carpet. Bloody stain on bed skirt. Stain on bathroom wall. Breakfast was sad with few options. Location was easily accessible. Staff was friendly. Glad it was only one night.
