The rooms are nice. Location is great. You are a block away from Lake Sumter town square. Plenty of parking in front of inn. They have complimentary coffee in the morning but I walked to the Starbucks in the town square.

Great hotel and a fun town
This place is amazing, the hotel is beautiful from the outside and inside. The view of the lake is stunning. It is walking distance from a town full of fun. Highly recommend coming here. I would get out early. The town shuts down at 9:00 p.m.. so start your day early.

We were hurricane refugees that live within 40 minutes of The Waterfront Inn. It was lovely. Very clean, quiet room. Cody's Steakhouse was next door and we had a nice dinner. Highly recommend!

We were put in a room on the first floor near the front desk on Saturday afternoon. Remodeling of the floor began early Monday morning. It woke us up. The staff did not offer to move us. The bigger issue though is that they put us in this room in the first place.
