I love the hotel overall, but I feel as though I was scammed by Expedia, who charge me an additional cost for breakfast, when breakfast is included (free) as a part of staying at the hotel. Also, please do not be fooled by the hotel Positive reviews, they offered me Floating breakfast to do a review after my first night. Which I did, for a review, but later on in the night, I was bitten up by Mosquitoes. Or Bed bugs. I can’t say for sure.

they entered into the villa without my permission to serve the breakfast. i did not reply to telephone as I was not ready for the breakfast and they quietly entered into the villa by unlocking the main gate with the duplicate key without any knock or warning. its highly unprofessional of them. I will never stay and would never recommend this villa. for me its not a small matter. its breach of privacy.

Spacious villa. Free upgrade to floating breakfast due to low water pressure. Amazing service crews and staffs, with pleasant smiles at all time. Staffs able to communicate well and fluently in English. Especially Yurika and Alit, both were very attentive and helpful. Amenities are great. PERFECT for honeymoon couples or family with young kids.

Great location close to most things, nice walk but if you have a young family it would cost a couple of dollars for a cab ride. Staff where excellent and very helpful. great place for girls stay or even a family stay. we couldn't fault this place will recommend to our friends and family. Will stay here again with no issues.

Perfect accommodation.
Our experience of staying at Bali cosy was absolutely amazing. The staff were very polite and helpful. The Villa was very clean, neat and tidy. Location was good, we were able to catch a quick/cheap cab to beaches, shops, restaurants and activities.

Enjoyed our time at Balicosy villas very much. The staff were very friendly and made our stay enjoyable. Good location not too far from the Legian strip for shopping and food. The villa itself was very clean and kept in great condition. Would definitely stay again!!

I stayed here with my three small children and partner. and we all loved it, the villa was clean daily which is nice when you come back from a big day out with the family.The staff are the most beautiful and helpful people i have ever come across and the owner Alex was amazing. I would recommend this villa for family's.

Villa was clean and modern. However, it was not at all worth NZD275.00 usd that we paid per night. Location was off the beaten track, . Our driver did not know of the property so had some difficulty finding the place. Take a map to show directions. Cold Water for showers for the first 2 days. Confirm a late check out on arrival. Had requested a late check out until 1730 but not advised that this was not available until day of departure, however available for an additional $200 !!. DVD did not work. Would not return
