Lack of staff at swimming pool and would wait around 45 mins for food at the pool. Tables beside the deck chairs rarely cleaned. The room was very old and we had one bowl for a room that sleeps 4. Need to update your crockery to have 4 of everything. Hated that we didn’t have an actual balcony and we had to sit outside the front door like many other rooms. Not very private. Very loud as well as kids all play outside and it travels into the rooms.

The property was good. The pool and kids pool area was average. Wakka Wakka was great value. Food was tasty. However, there were fireworks every single night from about 7:30pm to about 10pm. The bedsheets and towels were also not changed regularly.

We really wanted to love FuRama - but upon reflection once home we are still feeling disappointed. 1. Our cards were stolen from our room (resulting in a loss of $3000 AUD and 3 cancelled cards on day 2 of our 10 day holiday!!!!). Be careful with your belongings - the waiver at check in is sadly there for a reason :-( 2. Service at reception and the pool was painfully slow and underwhelming. 3. Worst thing we did was eat at the restaurant - always extremely slow - one night we were there at 5, ordered early (and were the only ones there) as we still aaited 2 hours for the kids meals. It's an excellent location and the rooms are large and have everything a family will need (but they are tired). Won't rush back sadly. Disappointing

This hotel is big and we found it a bit noisy. The bridges across the swimming pool where very hard to get your suitcases across. You have to walk across them from reception to get a lift up to the rooms. Not very well designed. The room was comfortable and spacious. Staff are very nice.
